Learn from centuries of tea tradition

The Trees

In the highlands of Ha Giang, Vietnam, rare Shan Tuyet tea trees thrive in cool mountain air and mist. Many of these trees are centuries old, their roots deep in untouched soil. Their down-covered buds – the “snow of the mountains” – are a rarity, yielding leaves of purity and depth.

The Craft

Each harvest is done by hand, following the traditional “one bud, two leaves” method. This precise picking and artisanal processing preserve the integrity of the leaf. The result: teas of layered complexity, shaped by both nature and skilled craftsmanship.

The Culture

For generations, tea has been at the center of Vietnam’s mountain communities. Tea is more than a drink – it is heritage, ritual, and connection. With every cup, the wisdom of these traditions continues to flow.
